First Clinician Feedback Brief — B2B Channel Opens

B2BClinical channel
Shipped the first external-facing product brief designed for clinical reviewers — social workers and therapists. The document maps the current $50–600/month fragmented tool stack against ArcMirror's between-session data layer: the connective tissue no existing platform (SimplePractice, Mentalyc, Blueprint) has built. The brief articulates our zero-PHI architecture, tiered consent model, and 7 capability gaps we own outright. A companion HTML version renders on any device. This is the first formal step in a B2B clinical channel strategy ahead of consumer launch.

Build in Public Page — Auto-Update Pipeline Live
Mar 14, 2026
This page now lives at blog.arcmirror.app/build-in-public — deployed to the existing Cloudflare Pages project via Wrangler. An accompanying Python pipeline pulls git history from both repos every 2 hours via cron, groups commits into meaningful update entries, and injects them directly into this HTML before re-deploying. No CMS. No database. One static file, updated automatically. The pipeline includes a sanitizer that strips sensitive implementation details from commit messages before surfacing them publicly, and a state file that tracks what's already been published so nothing appears twice.

14-Agent QA System — Production Readiness Sprint
Early Mar · 2026
Built and ran a 14-agent autonomous QA system to bring the iOS/Android app to production standard. Used wave-based remediation with a Historian agent pattern — a JSON ledger of confirmed fixes with veto power over changes that would reintroduce regressions. Agent loop prevention enforced through explicit role reframing and linear progress trackers. Result: a systematic, auditable path to production quality without manual QA overhead on a solo-founder schedule.

Subscription Layer — Three Tiers, Both Platforms
Feb · 2026
Subscription infrastructure fully configured for monthly, yearly, and lifetime tiers across iOS and Android. Entitlement logic wired into session and voice agent access control. The subscription layer is deliberately isolated from the zero-PII self-reflection data core — the only component that touches any identifiable data is billing, and it's compartmentalized by design. Pricing strategy benchmarked against App Store comps in wellness and journaling categories.

12 Archetype Voice Agents — Full Cast Deployed
Feb · 2026
All 12 Jungian archetype agents are live — each with a distinct voice, personality, and reflective approach. Voice and chat interaction modes both supported. Each agent is grounded in its archetype's actual psychological function, not just a persona label. Users move between archetypes depending on what kind of reflection they need. This is the core IP surface of the product and the differentiator that no existing journaling or AI app has built.

Zero-PII Architecture — Patent Filed
Jan · 2026
The multi-agent orchestration architecture that powers ArcMirror's zero-PII data model has a patent filing in process. Self-reflection data — journals, mood patterns, archetype interactions — is never stored in a way that links back to an identifiable individual. This is a core design principle, not a compliance workaround. It opens pathways to clinical environments, IRB-compatible research partnerships, and regulatory contexts where traditional mental health apps cannot operate.
